My training consits mostly of running and orienteering. My strenght training is based on running technique-trainings, running up-hills and cross circuits. I make usually two hard running or orienteering exercises per week and two streght trainings.Otherwise, I like to train quite under the aerobic threshold. Cross and long trainings on the mountain are my favorites.
Recentely I started to work a little bit more at home, analysing maps, races and trainings with my coach. This made a big change and my o-technique is getting better since then.
